Description of key information

From the water surface the substance will not evaporate into the atmosphere under environmentally relevant conditions.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Henry's law constant (H) (in Pa m³/mol):
at the temperature of:
25 °C

Additional information

The Henry's Law Constant was calculated based on measured data for the vapour pressure and water solubility. The HLC resulted in a value of 9.915E-04 Pa*m³/mol (BASF SE, 2013). At environmental conditions the molecule is expected to be ionised, therefore a pH-corrected Koc was calculated according to the REACH Guidance document (2008). The resulting Henry's Law constant was 2.07E-07 at pH 7 (BASF SE, 2013).
