The registered substance, alcohols, C12 -13-branched, is readily biodegradable. Both short term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates and algal ihibition EC50s are <1 mg/L. In addition algal inhibition data indicate that the NOEC is between 0.01 and 0.1 mg/l.
