Additional information

Acute tests on fish, daphnia, activated sludge and algae were performed to examine the aquatic toxicity of the test substance. The L(E)C 50 values for the four of them were found to be greater than 100 mg/L (nominal concentration). In addition, long-term toxicity to fish conducted with the test substance and long-term toxicity to daphnia conducted with structural analogues showed not toxicity within the range of solubility. The NOECs after 21 days (fish and daphnia) were considered to be at or above the tested concentration (solubility limit).

Thus, the test substance is considered with high probability acutely not harmful to aquatic organisms.
