Remarks on result:
other: result not specified (migrated information)
Remarks:
To avoid a false positive result the material was addtionally mixed with diatomaceos earth. The mixture showed an intense burning proving a false positve result in the main test

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Interpretation of results:
other: no oxidising properties
Remarks:
Migrated information Please see the attached expert statement
Conclusions:
With the most sensible mixture with the lowest burning time a control mitxture was prepared where Cellulose was exchange by intert diatomaceous earth. This test yielded a vigorous burning. Therefor the results of the previous test has to be classified as false positive and the test item cannot be classified as oxidizing material according to A.17.
