Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Details on results (HPLC method):
pH 4 test:
Example chromatograms are presented in Figures 6 to 8. The first significant peak at
2.8 minutes in the standard and sample chromatograms was the internal deadtime standard,
formamide. It was evident that all components of the reference mixture eluted earlier than
T-1620L under the test conditions, with the last standard (DDT, known log10Koc = 5.6)
eluting after 6.3 minutes. A value of log10Koc for T-1620L of greater than 5.6 was thus
obtained at pH 4.
pH 9 test:
Example chromatograms are presented in Figures 9 to 11. The first significant peak at
2.9 minutes in the standard and sample chromatograms was the internal deadtime standard,
formamide. It was evident that all components of the reference mixture eluted earlier than
T-1620L under the test conditions, with the last standard (DDT, known log10Koc = 5.6)
eluting after 5.0 minutes. A value of log10Koc for T-1620L of greater than 5.6 was thus
obtained at pH 9.
Validity criteria fulfilled:
yes
Conclusions:
T-1620L was found to have a log10Koc value of greater than 5.6 at each of pH 4 and pH 9.
