First-aid measures

General information: In case of accident or if you feel unwell, seek medical advice immediately (show safety data sheet if possible).
Following inhalation: Remove casualty to fresh air and keep warm and at rest.
After skin contact: After contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of water and soap.
Following eye contact: In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of flowing water for 10 to 15 minutes holding eyelids apart. Subsequently consult an ophthalmologist.
After ingestion: If accidentally swallowed rinse the mouth with plenty of water (only if the person is conscious) and obtain immediate medical attention.

Fire-fighting measures

Extinguishing Media: Dry Chemical, Co2, Foam and use water spray for cooling.
Exposure Hazards: Heat from fire can generate flammable gases, when mixed with air and exposed to ignition source.
Protective Equipment: Wear a self-contained breathing apparatus and chemical resistant suit.

Accidental release measures

Personal Precautions: Wear personal protection equipment.
Environmental Precautions: Do not empty into drains or the aquatic environment.
Methods for cleaning up: Remove mechanically, placing in appropriate containers for disposal.

Handling and storage

Undertake operation under enclosed conditions.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Wear personal protection equipment if risk of exposure or as good practice.

Keep container close and in dry condition.
Keep away from foodstuffs and drinks etc.

Respiratory protection: Wear suitable respiratory protection(mask) if risk of exposure by inhalation.
Hand protection: Wear suitable gloves.
Eye protection: Tightly sealed safety glasses.
Skin protection: Wear suitable protective clothing.

Stability: A completely inert powder, very stable in normal conditions.
Hazardous decomposition products: CO2 and CO.
Materials Incompatible to the Product that may cause Dangerous Reaction: Very high temperature.

Disposal considerations

Recommended method of disposal: May be transported to a controlled incinerator if local official regulations are followed.
Recommended method of disposal of containers: Dispose with local regulation.
