Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

In the Klimisch 1 GLP study the acute toxicity of test item on Daphnia magna was determined in an 48 hour static test according to OECD 202 and EU method C.2. A semi-static range-finding test with concentrations of 0, 0.100, 1.00, 10.0 and 100 mg/L was performed. As no immobilisation was observed in the range-finding test up to 100 mg/L no main test was performed. The measured concentration of the test item in the test item solutions was between 96 – 99 % of nominal concentration. A mean value of 98 % was calculated. Since the mean measured concentration of the test item was between 80 – 120 %, the toxicological endpoints were evaluated using nominal concentrations of the test item. The EC50 is > 100 mg/L.
