Test solutions
- Vehicle:
- no
- Details on test solutions:
- PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION
- Method: The container with the test substance was shaken to homogenise the test substance. The test solutions were prepared by adding 1000 mg test substance to 1000 ml test medium (M4 medium). The mixture was stirred for about 10 min at 20 °C. The stock solution appeared colourless-clear. By dilution of this stock solution with M4 medium the test concentrations were prepared.
