Description of key information

In accordance with Section 2 of Annex XI of Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 (REACH), it is considered justified to omit the test for hydrolysis as a function of pH (required under point 9.2.2.1 of Annex VIII) as it is considered that testing is not technically possible.
The registered substance is a complex UVCB material and there is no suitable analytical technique available. Furthermore, it would not be possible to obtain a meaningful result due to the substance containing too many variable components. Information available on the composition of the registered material suggests that the substance does not contain any functional groups subject to hydrolysis under environmentally relevant conditions.
