The adsorption coefficient of substance was log Koc 1.42 (OECD 121, HPLC method).

Adsorption coefficient of substance was determined using HPLC method as per OECD guidelines No. 121 in accordance with GLP. The log Koc was estimated by comparing the retention times of the test substance and reference substances eluted through HPLC column.Under the conditions of this study, adsorption coefficient was 26.3 and the calculated log Koc 1.42. The result of this study was considered to be reliable without restrictions, and was used as a key value for the CSA.
