Estimated value of log Kow for the substance is 1.8442. The calculation was done by using KOWWIN v1.68. US EPA (Estimation Programs Interface Suite™ for Microsoft® Windows, v 4.10. United States Environmental Protection Agency, Washington, DC, USA).

There is also supporting study available. The octanol-water partition coefficient of substance was determined by using shake flask method in compliance with GLP according to guideline OECD 107. The pH of the aqueous phase was not measured which is a deviation from the OECD guideline. This study is used as a supporting study in CSA as the water solubility of the test substance differs from the registrative substance. in addition, as the substance is only slightly water soluble the calculated value was considered as more reliable to be used as a key value for CSA.
