Description of key information

The auto-ignition temperature is 254°C

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

Tremain (2000) followed a standard method to determine the autoflammability of alkenes, C20 -24. This is supported by Tremain (2008) who reports a self ignition temperature of 230 °C for alkenes C20 -24.
