Conclusions:
The surface tension of an aqueous solution of Weikoform (urea, reaction product with formaldehyde) was determined as 71,73 ± 0.09 mN/m at 19.9 °C. Three measurements were performed for verification. No significant changes and thus no significant dependence on time and temperature was observed.

As these values were higher than 60 mN/m Weikoform (urea, reaction product with formaldehyde) is not surface active.
