Applicant's summary and conclusion
- Validity criteria fulfilled:
- not applicable
- Conclusions:
- In accordance with REACH Annex VIII column 2, the study does not need to be conducted if the substance is readily biodegradable or highly insoluble in water. According to the SNIF file provided by ECHA, an attempt was made to conduct the study in accordance with Directive 92/69/CEE, C.7. Because of the insufficient solubility of the substance, it was not possible to conduct the test in water and the associated buffers to assess preliminary hydrolysis.
- Executive summary:
Information from migrated NONS file, as per inquiry number 06-0000020725-70-0000, permission to refer granted by ECHA.
Study conducted to GLP (taken from SNIF file). Registrant referring to studies >12 years old at the permission of ECHA.
