Additional information

There are no experimental data on environmental distribution ofMineral Paraffin Oil. QSAR modeling predicts thatMineral Paraffin Oilcomponents will volatize rapidly from surface water with DT50 < 0.1 days (river) and < 8.1 days (lake).

The values for soil organic carbon-water partition coefficient of >4 suggest thatMineral Paraffin Oilcomponents will adsorb onto soil and sediment and, therefore, are not likely to leach to ground water.

The data on environmental distribution ofMineral Paraffin Oilcomponents obtained from the level III fugacity model suggest that they will not persist in the environment and depending on various emission scenarios, will be degraded by both biotic and abiotic mechanisms and/or will be physically removed (advected) from the environment.
