Inhalation exposure to the test substance in rats leads to increasing amounts in the lung which decrease during recovery period: up to day 39 of the experiment increasing amounts of the test substance (16.4 mg/g tissue) in lung homogenates; during recovery period decreses were reported (d 12: 1.1 mg/g tissue), d 16 : discovery of aminophenols).
