Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Validity criteria fulfilled:
not specified
Conclusions:
IC50 > 100 mg/L (0.5h)
The test substance is not considered to be toxic to microorganisms under the conditions of the test.
Executive summary:

The acute toxicity of the test substance to microorganisms has been determined in a test according to Directive 87/302 No. 133/118. The IC50 (0.5h) was > 100 mg/L. This result shows that at a concentration in excess of the water solubility level of the test material, the test material does not have an effect on the respiration rate of activated sewage sludge.
