Applicant's summary and conclusion

Validity criteria fulfilled:
not specified
Conclusions:
LC50 (96h) > 0.21 mg/L
LC100 (96h) > 0.21 mg/L
NOEC (96h) > 0.21 mg/L;
Due to its very low water solubility (see IUCLID section 4.8), the test substance is considered not to be toxic to fish under the conditions of the test.
Executive summary:

The acute toxicity of the test substance to fish has been determined in a static test with zebra fish (Brachydanio rerio) according to EU Method C.1. The LC50 (96h), the LC100 (96h) and the NOEC (96h) were > 0.21 mg/L. No mortality and no effects were observed in the range of the low water solubility of the test substance. Therefore, the test substance is considered not to be harmful to fish.
