The substance may be potentially Persistent or very Persistent but it does not meet neither Bioaccumulation nor Toxicity criterias.

Likely routes of exposure:

The main uses of the substance may lead to releases into the water compartment but appropriate risk management measures are put in place to limit releases during manufacture and use of the substance. There are industrial as well as professional uses. The substance is considered as a moderate sensitiser (Skin Sensit Cat.1B H317 (may cause an allergic skin reaction) according to Reg No 1272/2008). As a consequence appropriate risk management measures and operational conditions are implemented (general and PPE) at each level of the life-cycle of the substance.
