Based on the low Kow there is a low potential for bioaccumulation.

Conclusion on classification

For classification purposes at present data from two long term tests are available. The tests performed according to OECD 211 with daphnia magna gave a NOEC of 0.74 mg/L. There are also data for available from two acute tests, the lowest EC50 was detected in the test performed according to OECD 202 with daphnia magna the EC 50 was in this study determined to be 7.4 mg/L.

The substance is not readily biodegradable. The substance should therefore be classified chronic category 2, H411.
