Description of key information

No toxicity test results were available for terrestrial plants exposed to DPnP.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

DPnP is classified as readily biodegradable with a low potential for bioaccumulation and has an expected low potential for adsorption with a log Kow <1.  According to REACH Annex IX requirements, Terrestrial testing shall only be considered when the chemical safety assessment indicates the need for further investigations.  The chemical safety assessment according to Annex I does not indicate a need to investigate any other effects since DPnP has no hazard classification based on available toxicity data.  Therefore terrestrial toxicity testing is waived for DPnP.
