Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

The acute toxicity of the test substance on Brachydanio rerio was investigated in two static GLP guideline study according to OECD 203 (BASF SE 2011; Laboratory of Ecotoxicity & Environmental Safety 2013). After 96 h an LC50 of >100 mg/L (nominal; BASF SE) and > 105 mg/L (nominal, Laboratory of Ecotoxicity & Environmental Safety) was determined which complies with the highest tested concentrations. Thus, no effects in the range of the water solubility could be detected and the test substance can therefore be considered as acutely not harmful to fish.

The results are supported by a prolonged (14 d) semi-static toxicity test of the test substance according to OECD 204 using zebrafish (Danio rerio). No effects occurred within the range of solubility. The NOEC and LOEC are above 105 mg/L (nominal).
