A modelled BCF value of 69.22 L/kg w/w indicates no significant bioaccumulation potential. This assumption is strongly supported by the available data on the bioaccumulation study as well as toxicokinetics data, from studies conducted with the read-across substance C12 -C14 ADBAC under in vitro and in vivo condition which suggests that C12 -C14 ADMAES

has a low bioaccumulation potential and only small fraction is absorbed and distributed over the body.

Based on these data and considering its ready biodegradability, it can be assumed that C12 -C14 ADMAES has a low bioaccumulation potential.
