Conclusion on classification

According to the Guidance on the Application of the CLP Criteria , if the acute aquatic toxicity is >1and ≤10 mg/L (96h LC50 (fish) > 6.7 mg/L, 48h EC50 (daphnia) = 21.7 mg/L, and 72h ErL50 (algae) = 27.45 mg/L), and as the substance is not considered to be rapidly degradable with low a potential for bioaccumulation (log Kow = 0.9), the substance should be classified Aquatic Chronic Category 2 (H411: Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects) according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, Annex I section 4.1.
