Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

393108 Pa*m3/mol calculated indicates ready volatilization from water and unlikely to repartition to water.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Henry's law constant (H) (in Pa m³/mol):
393 108
at the temperature of:
25 °C

Additional information

A Henry's Law constant was calculated for the test substance from measured vapour pressure (47054 hPa) and solubility (838 mg/L) and molecular weight (70.01 g/mol) using Equation R.16-4 (Henry = (VP*MW)/Solubility) in the REACH guidance R.16. This value indicates that the test substance would readily volatilize from water and is unlikely to repartition to water.
