Additional information

One study investigating the short-term toxicity of Fatty acids, C18 unsaturated, trimers, 2-ethylhexyl esters (CAS No. 173832-46-7) to freshwater fish is available. The GLP study was performed under static conditions according to OECD guideline 203 using Cyprinus carpio as test organism (Bogers, 1997). A single concentration of 100 mg/ was prepared using acetone as solvent (1 mL/L) (limit test). No mortality was observed throughout the 96 h test period. Hence, the LC50 (96 h) is determined to be > 100 mg/L based on the nominal test concentration.
