Conclusions:
The acute aquatic toxicity of ´α,α'-propylenedinitrilodi-o-cresol´ was investigated in a guideline study according to DIN 38412, with the golden orfe (Leuciscus idus). After 96 hours of exposure the LC50 was approximately 46 mg/L nominal test substance concentration.

Description of key information

Acutely harmful to fish.

The acute aquatic toxicity of the substance was investigated in a guideline study according to DIN 38412, with the golden orfe (Leuciscus idus) as the test orgnaism.

After 96 hours of expsoure, the LC50 was determined as approximately 46 mg/l nominal test substance concentration.

Key value for chemical safety assessment
