First-aid measures

Emergency measure - Inhalation: Remove to fresh air immediately. If not breathing, give
artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give
oxygen. Get medical aid immediately.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Immediately flush with water for at least 15 min.
Occasionally lifting the upper and lower eyelids. Obtain
medical attention immediately.
Emergency measure - Skin: Immediately flush with water for at least 15 min, while
removing contaminated clothes and shoes. Obtain medical
attention.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Obtain medical attention.

Fire-fighting measures

Recommended extinguishing agent: Use foam, dry chemical or carbon dioxide

Product arising from burning: Carbon oxides and traces of incompletely burned carbon
compounds. Formaldehyde, Nitrogen products, Phosphorous
products.

Protective equipment: Wear a self-contained breathing apparatus in pressure-
demand, MSHA/NIOSH (approved or equivalent), and full
protective gear.

Accidental release measures

Emergency measures in case of spillage: Absorb spill with inert material (eg vermiculite, sand or

Avoid discharge to watercourses, drains and soil.

Handling and storage

Handling: Do not breathe dust, vapor, mist or gas. Do not get in eyes,
on skin, or on clothing. Use only in a chemical fume hood.
Wear chemical goggles, appropriate protective gloves and
protective clothing to prevent skin exposure.

Follow the OSHA respirator regulations found in 29 CFR
1910.134 or European Standard EN 149. Always use a NIOSH or
European Standard EN 149 approved respirator when necessary.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Store in a closed container.
