Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Eyes: Flush open eyes with plenty of water. Consult a physician.
Emergency measure - Skin: Wash with plenty of water, soap or other suitable
non-irritating agents. Consult a physician. Contaminated
clothes or the protective clothing have to be changed.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Wash the mouth; consult a physician.
Fire-fighting measures
mist
Product arising from burning: Tin oxide, nitrogen oxide, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide,
water
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: Protective clothing and respirator depending on the extent
of fire and the local conditions.
Accidental release measures
labelled containers and for incineration in a suitable
plant. Prevent the entrance of the substance into the sewage
system. Avoid strictly contact with skin and inhalation of
dusts. Wear protective clothing, rubber gloves and goggles
as well a dust protection mask.
Handling and storage
product.
Technical measures: use of dustproof, closed filling/
transfering and dosing devices and mixing plants.
Use a local extraction device without return of the exhaust
air into the working place atmosphere. Avoid contact with
eyes and skin.
Personal protective equipment: suitable protective clothing,
rubber gloves and goggles. Wear a dust protection mask P2.
Store work clothing and normal clothes separatly.
Reduce the concentration at the work place as far as
possible. Limit the number of the employees in the single
working fields as far as possible. Separate clearly working
fields in which the substance is handled from other working
fields. Label with suitable warning and safety symbols. Make
working fields accessible only to those employees who have
to go in.
Storage: Store dry and at ambient temperature in well closed
containers. Close opened containers directly after use.
Avoid product residues on the containers.
