Additional information

A hydrolysis study cannot be performed with this substance as the water solubility is lower than 1 mg/L.

The biodegradation in water is approx. 54% in 28 days, and thus not being regarded as readily biodegradable. The test concentration in this study was far above the maximum water solubility of the substance and therefore an optimal contact of microoganisms with the test substance was not guaranteed. It was questioned if further testing by means of an enhanced degradation study would change this conclusion. Therefore, degradation data on all individual components were retrieved which were assessed to be all readily degradable. Overall it is concluded that Radalube 7819 is readily degradable.

The adsorption study shows a log Koc value of > 5.63 for 98% of the substance, showing that the substance is immobile in soil.
