Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Relative density at 20C:
0.934

Additional information

A GLP study was conducted in accordance with the OECD Guideline for the Testing of Chemicals. 109: "Density of Iiquids and solids". The density was measured by an oscillating densitometer. The GLP study determined the relative density of the substance to be 0.934 (0.934 g/cm3 at 20°C). Another GLP study conducted equivalent or similar with the OECD Guideline for the Testing of Chemicals. 109: "Density of Iiquids and solids" using the buoyancy method (hydrometer) determined the density of the technical substance to be 0.934 g/cm3 at 20 °C.

The value of the pure substance was chosen as key value for the relative density.
