Justification for classification or non-classification

In accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 section 2.14.4.1 (b), for organic substances or mixtures the classification procedure for this class shall not apply if the substance or mixture contains oxygen, fluorine or chlorine and these elements are chemically bonded only to carbon or hydrogen. As organic substance contains oxygen, fluorine and chlorine which are chemically bonded only to carbon, this substance shall not be classified for oxidising properties.
