In contact with flame, the test substance did not ignite but melted. After removal from the ignition source, no propagation of combustion of the test substance was observed.
Justification for classification or non-classification
No propogation of combustion was observed in an EC method A.10 flammability test. In addition experience in use suggests that the substance is not flammable in contact with air or water. The test substance is therefore considered non-flammable.
