Description of key information

This study does not need to be conducted if there are no chemical group associated with oxidizing properties, as identified in ECHA Guidance on Information Requirements and Chemical Safety Assessment; Chapter R.7a: Endpoint Specific Guidance Table R.7.1-29 (2008). The substance does not possess oxygen or halogen atoms that are chemically bound to nitrogen or oxygen atoms and therefore oxidizing properties are not expected.
