Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

The water solubility of the substance was estimated using EPISUITE ECOSAR v1.11, as 1.433 mg/L. In acute aquatic testing, extensive solubility work and solvents use was neccessary to allow exposure of the species to the test item. Extensive solubility and analytical work was conducted and can be found in the analytical reports attached in the endpoint study records.

The substance is not considered rapidly degradable.

Key values for acute toxicity testing available are as follows:

48h EC50 for daphnia magna was 3.22 mg/L based on mean measured conditions

72h ErC50 for algae was 3.897 mg/L based on mean measured conditions

Both values exceed the predicted water solubility for the substance.

Additional information

Based on the available data, the substance is not classified for acute aquatic toxicity as per CLP Annex I, Section 4.1, Table 4.1.0 but does fulfil the criteria which requires Classification as a Chornic Aquatic Toxicity, Category 2.
