According to Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006, Column 2 of Annex VII, this study need only be conducted if, based on structure, surface activity is expected or can be predicted; or if surface activity is a desired property of the material. The substance is a waxy solid which has low water solubility, and is hydrolytically unstable. Surface activity is not a desired property of this material. The criteria for this adaptation are met.
