First-aid measures

-General information: Remove soiled or soaked clothing immediately. Take for medical treatment

-After contact with skin: Brush off Phosphorus pentoxide from the skin and there after wash with plenty of cold water.

-After contact with eyes: In case of contact with eyes rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical advice

-After ingestion: Summon a doctor immediately. Do not induce vomiting. When swallowed, allow water to be drunk. Drink Aluminium oxide suspension.

-Advice to doctor: Symptoms: Coughing; Shortness of breath Hazards: Risk of pulmonary oedema Treatment: In case of lung irritation, treat first with Auxiloson i.e. Pulmicort - Dosing aerosol (Auxiloson and Pulmicort are registered Trade Marks).

-Methods for cleaning up/taking up: Pick up mechanically. Rinse away rest with water. Dispose of contaminated

Stability and reactivity

-Thermal decomposition : No decomposition if used as prescribed.

-Hazardous reactions; Exothermic reaction: Violent reaction with water at high temperatures. Reactions with numerous chemical compounds, especially those with mobile hydrogen atoms. Reactions with damp air. Violent reactions with -NHx, -OH and -SH groups. Strong dehydrating effect (desiccating).

Disposal considerations
