Description of key information

The flammability of NECTARYL has been determined based on the Flash point (IUCLID section 4.11 , CSR section 1.3).

Indeed, according to Regulation (EC) 1272/2008, Annex I, section 2.6, "Flammable liquid means a liquid having a flash point of not more than 60 °C". The flash point (IUCLID section 4.11 , CSR section 1.3), 70°C, is in the range above 60°C therefore the substance should not be classified flammable according to Regulation (EC) 1272/2008.
