JUSTIFICATION FOR DATA WAIVING
In a statement based on structural features it was concluded that the substance has no oxidizing properties. In accordance with UN Manual of Tests and Criteria* Appendix 6-Screening procedures-Section 6.1 for substances which may have oxidizing properties, the classification procedure for oxidizing substances in Division 5.1 does not need to be applied.
