Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information
The significant reduction of the reproductive output at the concentration levels of 33.9 and 69.3 mg/L was the most sensitive effect in this study.
Based on the significant reduction of the reproductive output at the concentration levels of 33.9 and 69.3 mg/L, the No Observed Effect Concentration (NOEC) after 21 days was assessed at 16.6 mg/L and the Lowest Observed Effect Concentration (LOEC) was assessed at 33.9 mg/L.
An EC50-value for the reduction of the reproductive output could not be calculated, because the reduction was limited to a maximum of 21 % within the tested concentration range. The EC10-value for the reduction of the reproductive output was calculated to be
9.98 mg/L.
Endpoints assessed Test item
Geometric mean measured test item concentration
[mg/L]
EC10 Reproduction
(with 95 % confidence limits) 9.98 mg/L (Not applicable)
