Description of key information

Experimental toxicokinetic studies are not available.
The log Pow is not suggestive of a potential for bioaccumulation.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Bioaccumulation potential:
no bioaccumulation potential

Additional information

Assessment of oral toxicokinetics based on the physicochemical properties indicate that the substance is "less bioavailable" (profiling result with OECD QSAR Toolbox v4.3). This assumption is substantiated by the lack of any adverse effects in a repeated dose oral toxicity study.

N-octanol/water partition coefficient and molecular weight are in ranges which do not favour dermal absorption.
