Description of key information

The partition coefficient n-octanol/water of the test item was determined according to the HPLC method in accordance with OECD TG117 and EU Method A.24. Ten calibration substances were used to generate a calibration curve, and the logP(ow) of the test item was determined based on the calibration curve. Four peaks were identified for the test item, and the logP(ow) of three peaks was above the highest calibration substance. The weighted average logP(ow) was calculated as >6.5.
