The test item exhibited no exothermic or endothermic effect up to the final measurement temperature of 500°C in the DSC measurement in the closed crucible.

Up to the final temperature of the DSC-measurement of 500°C, no exothermic effect was observed. Therefore, the danger of a deflagrative decomposition of the test item can be excluded.

Up to the finaI temperature of the DSC-measurement of 500°C, no exothermic effect was observed. Therefore, the danger of detonative and explosive properties of the test item can be excluded.

According to the results of the test on thermal stability, the test item is classified as following:

UN-transport regulation: The product has not to be classified as a self-reactive substance in class 4.1 according to the UN-transport regulations since the energy of decomposition is < 300 J/g. Furthermore, the product has not to be classified as potentially explosive substance since the decomposition energy is < 500 J/g.

GHS: The product has not to be classified as self-reactive substance according to GHS since the energy of decomposition is < 300 J/g. Furthermore, the product has not to be classified as potentially explosive substance since the decomposition energy is < 500 J/g.
