Homogeneous 100 mM stock solutions are obtained with acetonitrile, isopropanol and acetone. However when diluted in peptide buffer, the test item precipitates in all cases. In these conditions, OCDE 442C stipulates that only a positive DPRA prediction could be taken into account.
