Based on the available information for the read-across approach and according to CLP Regulation (EC) no. 1272/2008, the substance is classified as Aquatic Acute 1 (M Factor = 10) since the 48h-EC50 in Daphnia was 0.033 mg/L. The substance is also classified as Aquatic Chronic 1 (M Factor = 10) since the 72h-NOEC in Algae was 0.009 mg/L and the substance is not readily biodegradable.
