Justification:

It can be stated that the substance does not fulfil the PBT criteria (not PBT) and not the vPvB criteria (not vPvB).
Persistence:
The substance is not readily biodegradable. In a weight-of-evidence approach, (a)biotic degradation available is assessed. Based on the available data, the test substance does not meet the Persistence criteria and may therefore be considered to be 'not P/vP'.
Bioaccumulation:
The test substance is considered not bioaccumulative based on a bioaccumulation in fish study. Further, the substance has a log Kow of ≤4.5 and may therefore be considered to be 'not B/vB'.  
Toxicity:
Based on the available information, the substance is considered to be very toxic to aquatic organisms, with a long-term NOEC of less than 0.01 mg/L in at least one tested freshwater invertebrate species. The substance is considered to meet the 'T' criterion.
