By DSC with a heating rate of 3 K/min exothermal decomposition of the the test item was observed with an onset temperature of ca. 297°C.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The test substance shows exothermal decomposition at ca. 297°C prior to boiling. Therefore it can be concluded that Tetrakis(pyperidino)phosphonium chloride as a salt has no boiling point.
