Based on the data above, for Dipentaerythritol hexaesters of 3,5,5 -trimethylhexanoic and n-heptanoic acids (EC 945 -883 -1, CAS 1379424 -11 -9) no acute aquatic toxicity was observed up to the water solubility limit (< 0.05 mg/L) for fish, algae and aquatic invertebrates.

Therefore, fatty acids C5-10 esters with dipentaerythritol does not meet the criteria for classification and labelling as environmental hazard according to the Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 and the Regulation (EU) No 286/2011 (6th ATP).
