Conclusions:
No flash point of stabilized EMIM BF4 could be determined up to 195.5 °C.
The test item started boiling at this temperature.
No observations were made which might cause doubts concerning the validity of the study outcome.
Executive summary:

First, a safety test was performed: approx. 3 mL of the test item was heated with a Bunsen burner in an aluminium block up to the boiling point of 220 °C. The colour of the test item became more intense with a tinge of red.

In the pre-test, no flash point was detected.

Heating was performed up to 195.5 °C. At this temperature, boiling was observed and the experiment was stopped.
