Additional information

The particle size distribution of the substance was evaluated by means of Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS). The powder sample were suspended in water at a concentration of 1 wt %. The suspensions thus obtained were placed in an ice bath and sonicated for 6 minutes using a sonicator with probe applying an intensity of 5 in continuous mode. The samples were left at room temperature for 5 minutes and then 1 ml of each sample in suspension was placed in disposable plastic cuvettes and examined by DLS analyzer. The sample was analyzed immediately after sonication.
